Get Matched to a Home

Once we review your inquiry, we'll connect you with available properties that fit your needs and budget. We'll walk you through the details of each home and answer any questions.

Step 03

Sign Your Rent-to-Own Agreement

We'll put together a rent-to-own agreement that outlines your monthly rent, the purchase price, and the option period. Everything is transparent — no hidden fees or surprises.

A portion of your monthly rent goes toward your future down payment, building equity from day one.

Step 04

Move In & Build Toward Ownership

Move into your home and start living in it as your own. During the option period, you'll work on strengthening your credit and finances so you're ready to qualify for a mortgage.

Step 05

Exercise Your Purchase Option

When you're ready — and within your option period — you exercise your right to purchase the home at the agreed price. Your rent credits apply toward the purchase.
